Where is my journal stored?
On your phone. If you turn on cloud backup, a private copy is also stored on our cloud provider so you can restore it on a new device. You can turn backup off at any time and choose to delete the cloud copy.
How do I export my data?
Open the Habits tab, go to Your data, and choose Export CSV or Export JSON. CSV opens in Excel, Numbers or Google Sheets.
How do I delete my data?
Open the Habits tab, go to Your data, and choose Delete all my entries. If cloud backup is on, the cloud copy is deleted too. Deleting the app also removes the data stored on your phone.
Why did my animal change?
Its build follows your last 14 days of habits (activity, sleep, meals, stress, quiet time, alcohol and caffeine), and its face follows the mood you log today.
